Verification as Infrastructure
Every worker on PeakCrews carries a Compliance Passport—verified credentials that follow them across contractors and jobs.
Replace paper COIs, expired licenses discovered too late, and the chaos of manual compliance tracking with a single system of record.
The system—not the GC—enforces compliance. Workers cannot be scheduled or clock in unless required credentials are active.

Know who you're working with
Verified Profiles
Every professional on PeakCrews goes through identity verification before they can apply for jobs. You'll see:
- ID Verification — Real identity confirmed
- Trade Skills — Validated through completed work
- Certifications & Licenses — Uploaded and visible
- Ratings & Reviews — Transparent history from past jobs
Credential Visibility
Before you hire, you can see:
- Active licenses and certifications
- Insurance documentation (where uploaded)
- OSHA and safety training records
- Work history and ratings on the platform
You control the requirements. When posting a job, specify what credentials are required. Only qualified pros can apply.
GPS-Verified Time Tracking
No more disputes over hours worked. When a worker clocks in:
- GPS confirms they're at the jobsite
- Time is tracked automatically
- Records are tamper-proof and exportable
Scheduling Enforcement
The system enforces compliance at scheduling time:
- 1Worker has valid credentials → eligible for scheduling
- 2Credential expires → system blocks assignment automatically
- 3Worker re-verifies → scheduling access restored
For Pros
Protect your reputation & credential portability
Build Your Verified Profile

What PeakCrews Is—and Isn't
PeakCrews IS
- Workforce infrastructure—roster management and compliance
- A verification layer with compliance-gated scheduling
- A system where credentials verify once and follow workers across jobs and contractors
PeakCrews IS NOT
- A staffing agency (you use YOUR workers)
- An employer of workers or professionals
- A guarantor of work quality
Verify once, reuse everywhere. Verified credentials persist across jobs and contractors, reducing re-onboarding friction and duplicative compliance checks.
Common Questions
Everything you need to know about trust and verification on PeakCrews.
After creating your account, go to your profile and upload your certifications, licenses, and insurance documents. Our team reviews submissions and marks them as verified once confirmed. You'll receive a notification when your credentials are approved.
You'll receive automated reminders before any credential expires—typically at 30, 14, and 7 days out. If a credential expires, it will show as 'Expired' on your profile and may affect your ability to apply for certain jobs that require it.
Hirers can see that you have verified credentials and their status (verified, expiring, etc.), but they cannot download or view the actual documents. Your sensitive information stays protected.
GPS is only active when you clock in and out of a job. We don't track your location outside of work hours. The data is used solely to verify you were on-site during work hours and to create accurate time records.
Yes. We use encryption for data storage and transmission. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
