We're a small Texas team building software for the subcontractors who actually move the country forward. If you've worked on a jobsite, run a crew, or written code that has to survive a 110°F field office, we want to talk.
What we're building
PeakCrews is the layer between a subcontractor's roster and the gate of a jobsite. Every day, our software answers one question for every worker on every project: Can this person legally work today, on this site, on this task? If the answer is no, we resolve it before dispatch — not at the gate.
How we work
Operations first.
We ship features that survive a Monday-morning dispatch, not features that demo well on Twitter.
Texas first, not Texas only.
Texas is one of the largest construction markets in the country — a strong place to prove the product. We win here first, then build for crews everywhere.
Bilingual by default.
Everything we ship is fully Spanish from day one. Not as a translation layer — as a first-class language.
Small team, real ownership.
Everyone on the team owns a customer outcome end-to-end.
